Due to the nature of our food products (spices and seasonings) and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, Haint Blue Blends™ does not accept any returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped. This policy is non-negotiable for all purchases.

Exceptions (Shipping Errors Only):

We stand by the quality of our product, but we cannot control the shipping process. If your order meets the following criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Shipping Damage: The product was physically damaged upon arrival (e.g., package rupture).

  • Fulfillment Error: You received the wrong item(s) by mistake.

In these specific instances, please email [Your Customer Service Email Address] with your order number and clear photographic proof. We will investigate the issue and may issue a replacement or a full refund for the affected items at our sole discretion. No other reasons for return or refund will be accepted.

A. Purchase Agreement: By completing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly detailed under the Shipping Damage/Fulfillment Error section of our Return Policy.

B. Product Use: Our products are intended for consumption. Haint Blue Blends™ assumes no liability for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients listed on the packaging prior to consumption.

C. Intellectual Property: The content, including the name Haint Blue Blends™, "The Heritage Reserve," and the MARK: Charleston Red Rice, The Authentic Lowcountry Flavor™, are proprietary and protected by law.

D. Disclaimer of Liability: Haint Blue Blends™ shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, as all sales are final and "as is" upon shipment.
