As a premium, small-batch brand, we treat the fulfillment of your order with the same meticulous care that goes into creating our Heritage Reserve seasoning blends. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your authentic Lowcountry flavors for their journey.

 

Fulfillment & Processing Time

 

Haint Blue Blends™ operates on a small-batch production schedule to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packaged within 2 to 4 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak season (e.g., holidays), processing may extend to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

  • Artisanal Handling: Every pouch is hand-packed and carefully inspected before dispatch, reflecting our commitment to a high-end experience from our hands to your kitchen.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight of your curated items.

  • Standard Transit Time: Once processed, domestic transit time typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Expedited Options: We offer expedited shipping options for quicker delivery. Transit times for these options will be quoted at checkout.

Please note: Transit time begins AFTER the processing period is complete.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

 

We ensure that your items are packed securely to withstand transit. However, we understand that damage can occasionally occur.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a package where the contents are damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence, so we can file a claim and promptly arrange for a replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

 

International Shipping
