A. Purchase Agreement: By completing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly detailed under the Shipping Damage/Fulfillment Error section of our Return Policy.
B. Product Use: Our products are intended for consumption. Haint Blue Blends™ assumes no liability for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients listed on the packaging prior to consumption.
C. Intellectual Property and Trademark Use:
The content on this site, including the brand name Haint Blue Blends™, product names (e.g., Charleston Red Rice™ Seasoning Mix), logos, images, recipes and the MARK: Charleston Red Rice, The Authentic Lowcountry Flavor™, are the protected intellectual property of or licensed to Lowcountry Culinary Food Group LLC.
Trademark Restriction for Commercial Use (Foodservice/Restaurant):
Any individual or entity purchasing Haint Blue Blends™ products for commercial preparation, use, or resale (including, but not limited to, restaurants, catering services, or other foodservice operations) is strictly prohibited from using the Haint Blue Blends™ brand name, product names, or trademarks (including the MARK: Charleston Red Rice, The Authentic Lowcountry Flavor™) in their menus, advertising, or promotional materials without obtaining a formal, written license agreement from Lowcountry Culinary Food Group LLC. Unauthorized use constitutes trademark infringement.
D. Disclaimer of Liability: Haint Blue Blends™ shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, as all sales are final and "as is" upon shipment.
Commercial entities must seek a licensing agreement from Lowcountry Culinary Food Group LLC before using your brand's trademark in their business operations.
